Used to associate Load information entered in BBMS with the selected BBES symbol and will be computed as a individual electrical load value. Associates elements in reference files with a BBES symbol in order to retrieve pre-defined electrical load information.

The current version supports HVAC design models created with Mechanical discipline.

Setting	Description
Reference	Displays the logical name of the reference file in which the associated BBMS element resides.
Category	Displays the type of the associated element (currently always BBMS).
Element ID	Displays the Element ID of the associated element.
Connection Point	List of pre-defined electrical connections found in the associated symbol. Currently selected connection will be highlighted.
Coordinate	Displays the 3D-coordinate pre-defined in the Electrical connection (if available).
Load	Displays the electrical load value associated with the selected electrical connection.
> Update	Updates the load and coordinate information (reference file must be attached).
> Connect	Lets you select the external element for association with the selected BBES symbol.
OK	Assigns entered information to the selected BBES symbol.

Note: Mechanical discipline reference files must have a logical name in order to establish a cross-reference association
